We want to take advantage of the potential and agility that offers 2.0 tools and Twitter to "centralize" the incidents, breakdowns and delays in Rodalies daily services in the Barcelona area. This includes the lines operated by Renfe and Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat.
How to contribute?
Helping to report incidents via your Twitter account using the hashtags following:
#ROD1: to report any incident in the R1 (Molins de Rei - Mataró - Maçanet)
#ROD2: to report any incident in the R2 (Sant Vicenç / Airport - Granollers-Maçanet)
#ROD3: to report any incident in the R3 (L'Hospitalet - Vic - Puigcerdà)
#ROD4: to report any incident in the C4 (Sant Vicenç - Martorell - Barcelona - Manresa)
#ROD7: to report any incident in the R7 (L'Hospitalet - Cerdanyola Universitat - Martorell)
With the use of #RODBCN will be assumed that the incident affects the whole of Barcelona Cercanías network operated by Renfe and will be considered as all previous hashtags.
#FGCVALL: to report any incident in the network of Metro del Vallès (S1, S2, S5, S55, L6 and L7).
#FGCLLO: to report any incident in the metro network Llobregat Anoia (R5, R6, S33, S4, S8 and L8).
Following this standardization process we're able to get that data and collect it on our website and Twitter profiles.
